Step Up
Each year PWC promote several hundred managers to senior managers. The client wanted a film to celebrate the promotion and to point the way to the new SM’s as to what was expected of them in their new position and what would be planned for them in the coming months. The resulting film, Step Up, uses tap dance as a metaphor to visualise the steps that the new SM’s will take in their new role. Filmed with three of their staff strutting their stuff choreographed by two pro-dancers via Pineapple Studios.
